Some of our investors/owners wish to assist Funtulis Property Group tenants to become home owners. If your preference is for a house owned by one of these investors, please let us know on your rental application, or by contacting us directly.

The 'Rent to Own' is based on time:

• Time to save a deposit, and
  
• Time to undertake any credit repair, which may be necessary;
  

And is also based on the price of the house:

• Only with a fixed pre-agreed price valid over 1, 2, or 3 years is there a basis for the tenant to complete the other required steps on the path towards home ownership.
  

This program is win-win for both the tenant and for the investors/owners.
